Preparing a meeting with a local authority: for a municipality and its inter-municipal body, the tool brings together elected officials, key figures, the energy diagnosis and public tenders, then composes a printable context briefing.

    Search for a municipality, or drill down on the map: region, département, municipality. One click shows the inter-municipal authority and the first figures.

  2. Summary

    Automatically written points of attention, potential score and radar chart.

    Elected officials, territory and social data, energy, district heating, climate plan, consumers, tender watch: data, charts and maps.

    District heating networks, delivery points, buildings by energy class, income and housing at a fine grid scale.

A potential score with adjustable weights

The score combines several criteria: energy, density, housing, major consumers, proximity to a district heating network, poverty, very energy-hungry homes.

The weights can be changed to suit the offer being prepared. The comparison tool places several municipalities side by side.

A briefing ready to hand over

The composer lays out the briefing: cover page, table of contents, maps, charts, automatically written comments you can edit, and writing spaces.

It prints to PDF, in A4 or A3.

The score and estimates calculated by the tool are decision aids, to be confirmed by field analysis.
